What's Cookin' Good Lookin'
It's the busy season, cooking dinners and taking people around the city before everyone leaves for the summer and Paris becomes somewhat of a ghost town. Only the tourists remain, moving around the city with maps stuck in front of their faces while yelling at their families. These are the people I avoid. The ones that kindly ask for directions I am happy to give a helping hand to. With all of these final dinners before vacation, I've been snapping lots of pictures, but have been too busy to post or write about them. So here it is, a sample of what's been cooking at my embassy dinners. Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms, Lamb's Lettuce and Arugula Salad.
Gazpacho, Poilâne Croutons, Brunoise Cucumber
