Roses for Valentine's Day
Happy Valentine's Day!
On this day it's customary to give roses and sweets to your significant other. This year, slightly skewing from tradition, I've combined that custom by making Rose Scented Macarons. Sweet and floral with a delicate eggshell crack of the cookie, these macarons are the perfect romantic gift.
Unfortunately, macarons are a difficult cookie to explain how to make by a recipe, they need to be learned hands-on to get the texture of the batter just right. So where does that leave us? With a nice photo below and Happy Valentine's Day wishes.
